Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 8, 2025

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24–48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee or loss of deposit. Consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for completed treatments as results vary by individual. Deposits may be credited toward future services if cancelled within the allowed notice period. Packages are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period
